The report published in the Bayside Bulletin on Tuesday 11 February wrongly refers to the components of an application for development at a site on the corner of Boundary Road and Redland Bay Road, Alexandra Hills.
The article wrongly includes reference to a convention centre as part of the proposed development.
The convention centre is not part of the advertised development application and was removed from the proposed development by the applicant in December 2013.
The development application has been open for public submission for a period of 30 days and includes:
- A service station (including ancillary car wash)
- Refreshment establishment/drive through restaurant
Public submissions formally close on 12 February, 2014.
Details of the application can be viewed by entering the reference MCU012812 into the PDOnline (Application inquiry) facility on Redland City Council’s website.
