Adoption of an Administrative Amendment (Administrative Amendment 02/2014) to the Redlands Planning Scheme
Notice is given under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 that Redland City Council resolved to adopt an administrative amendment to the Redlands Planning Scheme on 9 September 2014.
The administrative amendment includes:
- Clarifying the level of assessment and assessment criteria that apply to Domestic Additions and Secondary Dwellings in the Urban Residential Zone;
- Renumbering the Acceptable Solutions applicable to Self-Assessable Development in the Excavation and Fill Code and providing an example to assist with the interpretation of the self-assessment provisions.
These administrative amendments to the Redlands Planning Scheme come into effect on 12 September 2014.
