Redland Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) proves good things come in threes as it prepares for its Tapas Night No.3 event on Friday 19 September 2014.
Redland City Council’s Community and Cultural Services spokesperson Cr Lance Hewlett said the successful series of Tapas Fridays are becoming a firm favourite in the Redlands.
“Tapas Fridays give a taste of Redlands, showcasing the great arts culture in our City and what the Redland Performing Arts Centre has to offer as a venue,” Cr Hewlett said.
“Taking advantage of the RPAC Bar and alfesco outdoor piazza, next week’s event will feature music from the Noisy Minors and Vocal Manoeuvres.
“Tapas No.3 will also add a new aroma, with freshly barista-brewed coffee and other hot beverages available from the newly opened Sundial Cafe.
“With a range of public transport options only minutes away as well as ample onsite parking, RPAC allows people to go out, have a great time, relax with friends and family and get home easily.
“There’s no need to book, just come along and enjoy the atmosphere.
The menu will boast individual flatbread pizzas and a choice of tapas plates. Tapas selections are still being finalised, but previous menus included the likes of cheesy garlic bread, falafels with mint yoghurt, chorizo-filled dates with bacon and Cajun-spiced chicken skewers.
Tapas Fridays are presented by RPAC in association with Vocal Manoeuvres.
