Tickets are now on sale for a major fundraising event hosted by Redland City Mayor Karen Williams to support Redlanders affected by domestic and family violence.
‘Dîner en Rouge,’ on Saturday 29 November, will be an outdoor formal dining experience with a red and white theme – red symbolising our City and white in recognition of White Ribbon Day on 25 November, a national campaign to stop violence against women.
612 ABC Brisbane’s Spencer Howson will be Master of Ceremonies and guests will meet at Cleveland Library Square before moving to a secret location for a locally produced banquet, beverages, entertainment and auctions.
All proceeds from the evening will go to event partners, Redlands Domestic and Family Violence Action Group and Zonta clubs, with the ultimate goal of having a coordinated regional domestic and family violence service in the Redlands.
Ticket prices for Diner en Rouge are $170 each or $1600 for a table of 10 and are available through Redland Performing Arts Centre (RPAC) ticketing:
