Queensland Fire and Emergency Services – QFES and Redland City Council crews are on site at a vegetation bushfire at the Scribbly Gums Reserve, north of Weippin Street, Cleveland. As the fire is burning in the vicinity of the Cleveland Track Park, we advise residents to avoid the area.
There is no danger to life or property but smoke may affect residents and motorists in the area. Residents should keep windows closed over the next few hours and motorists should use caution and drive to conditions.
